As much as it's a pain to have to use the cane might be the safest option for now.

I agree but I hate having to use it...I'm way to stubborn for my own good!

Don't over think the wraps! Just take them back to Sam's. They should replace them or refund them. Way less work then letters.

I'm with Lisa. Sam's should take them back with no hassle.

I called Sam's and they said we could take em back. They didn't even want us to bring the actual thing back so we just took our receipt and was refunded.

Mel please be careful. The last thing you need is a fall. Use the cane for balance if you need to.

Can't you take the egg white wraps back to Sams? Costco will take back food items. Especially if they are spoiled.

Good morning all. As I write this, the local news is showing a segment on today being "Ice Cream for Breakfast Day." Don't be unpatriotic. Do your part.

Not much going on today. I've got to get ready for PT in a few, and will swing by the grocery store after.

QOTD: we are enjoying For All Mankind very much. We loved the new season of Fargo. I liked Reacher a lot, but JB didn'****ch. We have Beekeeper, so maybe we'll watch that this weekend.

It's okay guess. It feels like it should be faster, but they seem satisfied. They usually tell me to back off some. It's just a longer process than I want it to be. They say you don't get to 90% until the one year mark, and 100% is two years.

How about you? It seems like you were very active on your trip.

It always feel like it should be faster. My rehab is going really good. I put up new highs for # of steps / day a few days. I did compromise my posture while walking on the trip but am already back to form. Blue Cross is turning off the spigot of PT though. They are only approving 4 sessions at a time, including the assessment.
