QJB- fingers crossed that all goes well with job choice #1. Good luck.
Not much planned for today. I had a chiropractor appointment this morning, grocery pickup (I almost never go onto the store any more with the option to do a pickup or delivery), and Pilates this evening. My back was feeling better with the time off from yoga and weightlifting. Friday, I restarted both and overall, my back is better. I have noticed a little bit more tightness since restarting, but it is better. I just need to make good choices on exercises or yoga postures.
QOTD: I also dislike bulky coats. My current go to winter coat is a flannel by Jachs. It is really warm since it is padded plus comfy. Not super stylish and it is a men's flannel jacket. I have a 32-degree brand puffy coat that I also like but if it is really cold it doesn't keep me as warm, but it is thinner and cute.
Meals: triple zero greek yogurt, 3 slice bacon, 2toast, protein pancakes with banana and PB, greek pita with gyro meat, protein chocolate chip scone with chocolate drizzle, pork ribs with SF BBQ sauce, bagel with PB. trying to get close to 2500 kcals. Weight remains stable at 124-127.
E: Pilates with weights and bands

After having a tiny stomach and eating so low cal for so long and now having the issues you do, is it hard to eat 2500 calories a day? It sounds like sweet freedom to me now, but I was curious.

It took me awhile to wrap my head around getting that many calories. I eat by time and am rarely hungry. Otherwise I don't get the calories in. Unfortunately there are quite a few food items that cause me issues (veggies and fruit) of frequent diarrhea. have it anyway through the day but those make it so much worse). I was scared about gaining weight with that amount of calories. Also, the diet needs to be about 20% protein, 20% fat and 60% refined carbs. No simple sugars. So not a fun-fun diet but different from my previous Bariatric diet. I do miss my salads and fruit.
