Good morning ~ Most of my loungewear double as PJ's and that is what I wear at home 100% of the time. Best of luck on your presentation interview today! Yesterday was overly busy, again (shocker) and I never get everything done which frustrates me. I'm considering dropping my class due to time and I'm already behind. I have another week to decide. Lots of big work, life and future choices to make this year. I just don't see me staying put much longer even if it is the safe thing to do. Today I need to hustle to get as much done as possible - I may even shut my door. I need to get going here.
QOTD - Yes, I do my own. When I was in my 20's I would go to HR block so I could get the instant refund.
Accountability - My menu/cals/protein were off yesterday because I forgot to add 2 things in MFP and so I had to skip my snacks. I was really looking forward to those mini Doritos. 186.3 today!
B- coffee x 4, L&F yogurt
l - Ham and cheese on Keto bread w/fixin's
d - eggbeaters veggie scramble, cottage cheese
s - beef jerky

Good morning everybody!
I had my first ever video health appointment yesterday. I was supposed to meet with the nutritionist and she was having car problems, so she asked if we could switch to an online appointment. No driving and I can eat breakfast because I?m not getting weighed sounds like a good deal.
I am deluged with requests for online check in, which I ordinarily ignore, but for video appointments, you can?t access the camera unless you?ve completed online checkin. I found that out at 9:28 for my 9:30 appointment. But it was ok because she was running a little late.
Bottom line is that for a nutritionist, online was fine. I?m not sure how many other specialists I would want to see that way, however.
We finally ate the Raclette last night. It was good, kind of nutty.
QOTD: Our firm prepares my return.
Breakfast: Fritatta
Lunch: catered
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

Marilyn bought a special bread to serve it with, but we didn't get to it in time so that bread is as hard as a brick.
Although we love festive dinnerware, our last attempt at that resulted in the pineapple tumbler debacle, so perhaps Marilyn is wary on that account.

Good morning and and Happy teeeeniest, tiniest Fri-yay,
Last day in NoLa and I want all the noise. I'm hoping to make the most out of the day to squeeze in good eats, music, and culture.
On a negative note, the seedy element in the French Quarter Bourbon Street area is so much worse than I remember. I walked Bourbon and surrounding blocks at noon and also at 10pm. It's an open air drug market, worse than any open air drug market I've ever been witnessed. People are selling and using everywhere. There are doped up people throughout. During the day, I didn't see any police. At night, one cop in the heart of Bourbon Street, parked in a cruiser while someone shot up 100 feet away. It's like they legalized everything. Junkies and dealers can be very aggressive, besides the normal criminal element. I came really close to having to defend myself when I was accosted. I don't mean to **** on the Bourbon Street area as a while since this is a small sample size over two random visits.
QOTD- Normally, I do my own taxes. However, this year, I'm kinda lost. I have my father's inheritance and subsequent IRA withdrawals to account for. I have no clue how to do this and rue the idea of either figuring it out the correct way or paying a tax preparer.
Accountability: Midnight fried chicken from Brother's. There's really good fried chicken at this chain of convenience stores. They're a little rough around the edges but it's definitely local flavor.
B: Peanut butter cup donut, Dannon Light and Fit Coconut
L: DIY seafood boil from a seafood market. Crawfish, shrimp and crab.
D: Dozen oysters.
