What's on your Tuesday Menu?
That's the second time in a week that yaktracks have been mentioned. I must look into these for traversing the rough streets of Chicago.

Good morning ~ I finally feel rested. I went to bed early, slept sound and slept in late - I really needed that. I had a good day at work yesterday and even solved a mystery that had stumped everyone since November - fun stuff. I have a lot to do this week. Luckily, the next set of interviews for staff were cancelled since they had already been interviewed for the other job which frees up an entire day. Today is more reports and I really need to get moving.
QOTD - I use Outlook for everything. I have multiple calendars in all between work, staff and personal but really only manage 4 actively.
Accountability - great - 187.4 today
b- coffee x 4, cottage cheese, tomato
l - other 1/2 chipotle bowl
d - protein pasta an meat sauce w/cheese baked
Have a great day

G'morning all!
QJB - I join you in having been cranky all day. Hopefully your today is better and we see you in NH speaking your mind.
After a nice relaxing weekend yesterday was a cluster-F of work fires, emotional convos with family in Italy, and just an exhausting and tasking day. The problem is I revert to my pre WLS days and eat my emotions and stress. So let's scratch yesterday, pretend it never happened and start today as a new Monday.
QOD: I have a couple of wall calendars around the house but I don't use them much. My main calendar is on my phone, divided by color into biz, personal, and the family one that is shared and edited by the 4 of us.
My meals yesterday:
Per above I am taking the 5th.
Happy Taco Tue!

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
JB Patients is a virtue. I have absolutely none. So, I can't talk on the subject. I do believe everything happens for a reason and what you're going through will work out for the best. You have done so much to get to this point something good has to come of it.
Freezing rain was on the forecast and since we are a little south of Pittsburgh we lucked out. No rain at all yet. I hope it stays the same for the rest of the afternoon. Rudy and I enjoyed a good walk last night. Daylight is getting later and later, and we can walk without wearing our lamps. It makes it much easier. We got a new puppy in the neighborhood and the owner has been nothing but kind allowing Rudy to check him out. He's a Bernedoodle and he is 9 weeks old. He should get to 100lbs so best Rudy befriends him now before he is big enough to eat him.
QOTD: Yes, that is where I keep birthdays and my weight. I mark my calendar 1 day a month every year since surgery of what weight I am that month. I then move the weights and date to the following year Calander. As soon as I see the month I know what I weighed every year since December 2017. This way here if my weight gets away from me, I can see where I have been and where I need to be.
Accountability: I did have some lovely fried rice at the potluck but did not have any deserts.

Hello and let me chime in that yesterday was also the Mondayist of Mondays. Ugh. My boss and I debriefed around 5:15 pm and I said "I'm not gonna lie, today has been a DAY. Nothing super particular but just annoying". He agreed and said "we are having the same day!" Maybe Mercury is in retrograde?
QOTD: not in many years. I am Google calendar all day long. For personal and work (we use Google Workspace). If it's not in the calendar app on my phone or buzzing my wrist, I wouldn't know about it! A friend of mine uses a super cool app - I think it's called Cozi or Cozy or Cosy- where everyone in the family inputs their plans, practices, games, work shifts etc and they have a whole family view. It's pretty cool.
Today I head back to Philly for my mom's treatment
So, some meals are up in the air. Thanks to Wegovy, I'm eating very sensible and small meals. This thing is a game changer. I had my monthly teledoc appt yesterday to get a refill. And she said "we don't want you losing weight too fast. You'll lose muscle mass." Ummm yes we do want me losing quickly and I'm not remotely worried about muscles haha. I work out 3x a week although with my tweaked back I've had a whole week of being a sloth.
B: more leftover Dijon chicken. I made enough for an army apparentl
L: the last of the taco meat
D: we will order in
Does anyone else see this site changing their sentences?! I have no idea what is going to post because sentences keep changing to prior sentences. Bizarre!
Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,
