What's on your Photo Friday plan?

Good morning everyone and happy Friday!
Yesterday's very long session was a good one, the retirement party was fun and the close the pave after the retirement party was perhaps ill advised but also fun. I am ready for todays half day and then to get home.
qotd - do you have a "standard" attire for business meeting? I have noticed, not for the first time, that more than half my meeting cohort only owns dark blue or black clothes. I am usually the brightest dressed in the room, it's hilarious. My "standard" is black slacks, neutral shirt and bright cardigan or suit coat. I have gotten a bit edgy and added these lovely grey and blue animal print flats, lately.
i have to say the EA that's coordinated all the food this week has done a great job, lots of salad and protein options and today will be eggs buffet stuff at the office and that is the last meal not in our control. Yay! I get home about 5 pm and have a flight tomorrow morning early so it's going to be a quick overnight at home. I have an overnight in Dallas so that will at least be relaxing.
menu today
coffee plus half and half x3
eggs
power crunch bar
slice of pizza or cheese and salami.
my picture is from the coffee shop I've been walking to. The power of caffeine!
have a fantastic Friday everyone

Good Morning! Friyay and it's a long weekend for me. Monday is Disneyland with Em and her BF. Poor John was supposed to be able to go but some work stuff got in the way. It does look like it'll be raining so I hope it's a light rain that will keep the crowd down.
QOTD: my go-to was black slacks, a light shade or patterned blouse and cardigan.
TSS: 9 years 5 months
B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange
L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit
S: Good Spoon cereal, a piece of fruit and yogurt
D: TBD
ES: yogurt and toast
E: Rest day
V/W: On track
Totals: TBD
Have a great one!

When my kids were younger we went to Disneyland while it was raining. It was awesome since the crowds were so much reduced. However, there were some rides that were shut down because of water accumulation. There are enough rides that are indoor, especailly for the "mature" crowd.

Fridayyyyy! Thanks for the well wishes on my back yesterday, everyone. It's getting incrementally better but not where I need it to be. I stood at my standing desk all day with an electric pulsing tens machine attached to my back and while no position is comfortable yet, it's a little better. I haven't gotten out of bed yet because it's a big ordeal to heave myself up and no yell in pain. Wah.
WTH was going on with this site yesterday? I mean it's frequently glitchy but it changed Lisa's name to Tuktu and it deactivated Melody? Technology - a friend and foe!
Today is DH's birthday but we are celebrating Sunday with all 3 kids. I'll still make something nice for dinner.
QOTD: ha that is funny! I used to be jeans or black pants with a shell shirt and a black blazer. I felt like it made me look older and more professional. Now that I'm very old and very professional, I am usually in hot pink or animal print or electric blue. Rarely a black top to be found!
B: cottage cheese and hard boiled eggs
L: rotisserie chicken and ?
D: finally making turkey tacos. And maybe something else nice for DH
have a great weekend!
HBD to DH and glad your back is better.
