Good morning from the day surgery suite. Today is the big day. Rog has been called back for the prep stuff. Implant surgery only takes about 20 minutes and they said to expect to be here about 3 hours. I've got my fake coffee, book, phone. I'm am all set up.
i did great again yesterday on all fronts, but my weight is up two pounds. Big weekend coming, so I am not thrilled to be up. Hopefully I'll be able to get in a walk at some point today.
QOTD. I always pump my own. Always have. However, since retirement and getting the hybrid car, I don't have to that often. Last time I got gas was December 11.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
I hope your moms newly scheduled appointment works for your schedule. I hope she keeps you in mind when picking a day and time. My mother always tries to schedule at 10. It ****** me off because I have to be at work as close to 9 as I possibly can be. Then I switch it to 8 and she is like make sure you call me, so I am awake. Grrrr!!! I love her but sometimes my sacrifices mean nothing to her like it is my job to do all the things. She's 85 it can't be much longer, right?
Ron tested positive for the Vid last night. He tested Monday it was negative but last night we saw the line. I hurried up and wiped down the house and all the switches and everything he touches and sent him to bed. I was negative this morning, so fingers crossed. I did have to cancel my Sunday Brunch though. I am not happy I have not seen my friend in a while. If I am negative come Sunday, we can meet at a restaurant, I guess.
I took out cubed steak to make for dinner. I need to find a keto friendly recipe before I run to Aldi. The high today will be 20° Rudy has been very quick at going out and doing his duty. Up until the cold weather he would make me walk him a 1/2 mile to do his business today it took less than 3 minutes. He is leaning well.
QOTD: Yes, I pump my own We have Sheetz here and it is definitely convenient. Free mac machine while I am pumping makes it well worth it and lottery.
Accountability: I did a 1/2-hour treadmill program last night. It was only 2 miles however I think the inclines helped make it a better work out. I wish I could figure out how to make my own program especially to train for the 5k.
