What's on your Wednesday Menu?
Is the $450 because it's the beginning of the year and you haven't met your deductible? I thought mammograms are "free" no matter what.

Good morning, everybody!
Best of luck on your interview, QJB.
Well, my car door froze shut Monday morning, and while I was battling to open it, I pulled the handle clear off. Who knew that they had wires and stuff attached to them? That was a four digit repair bill that I won't get back.
I said to myself that I will take one more try at it and then if it doesn't work, I will crawl in the passengers side and try to start it , crank the heater and wait for it to thaw. But I was late for an appointment, so just pulled harder. The guy at Inifinti, mentioned something about it being cold and the plastic being brittle, etc. but I think that he was just being nice. Marilyn did find someone on the internet who claimed his wife has pulled six handles off of her doors over the life of her car.
My tetanus immunization shoulder is sore this morning, but the Hepatitis immunization side feels pretty good. I was getting somewhat sore yesterday and decided to switch out programming. The regular workout of the day was very shoulder intensive with wall walks and hanging toes to bar. We have these longer, less intense workouts called Burns, so I did one of those. I think that it was a good switch, because it got me exercise but my shoulder still feels pretty good.
Marilyn is getting Raclette tonight for Happy Hour. It's melted cheese, potatoes, cornichons and onions. What could go wrong?
QOTD: I am not aware of any full service gas stations around.I have been taking the train to work, so mostly only filling it every couple of days. And that is when it is not sitting idle because i pulled the doors off.
Breakfast: Bagel
Lunch: Catered
Dinner: spaghetti and sausage
Have a great day, all!

One of my husband's ex SIL's dumped a pan of boiling water on her windshield because it was covered with an inch of ice and she didn't want to scrape it or wait for the car heater to defrost it. The boiling water hitting the ice made the windshield shatter. I always put luke warm water on my car handle if there is ice on them.

Good morning ~ Happy to hear you didn't have to drive in that weather. Enjoy your interview primping day! Blew out a tire on my way to the freeway yesterday. I knew I hit something then boom, literally. It took the whole morning to handle, what an ordeal - ended up working from home the rest of the day. Today I have interviews for my unit and a ton of catch up. I know most of interviewees, but there are a few from outside departments that I don't. Should be an interesting day.
QOTD - I can't remember the last time I saw full serve where I live. Not sure it exists here anymore.
Accountability - great - switched things around a little, but on point. 187.4 today
B- coffee x 10, cottage cheese w/EBB and tomato
L- turkey/cheese sandwich on keto bread, pickles
