I have a playlist with Leonard Cohen with songs like Hallelujah and Suzanne and do listen to him over and over. I have been buying bed heating pads for people and sending them through Amazon. I think they are so helpful with back and arthritis pain and use mine year round.

Good morning! Gooood morning! Like at Amy's it's our version of really cold here. Unlike Amy's, no rain. The sun is shining and if you just looked out the window you could get tricked into heading out into your day in a short sleeve shirt. That would be a bad plan.

Yesterday I totally blew it on exercise. Not a damn thing. Various reasons which really were mostly just excuses. But I did remember to pick my grand up from 6th grade camp, get her fed and home (she was starving AND stinky. I highly encouraged her to head for the showers). I got a return done and found two new pairs of cold/wet weather shoes I had to have and a new top. So much for the return. I stayed on track with food though. Oh and I'm down 78 pounds this morning! Roger lives to see another day.

Today I rolled out of bed and into yoga. Mandatory exercise goal complete. For my week! Now if I add in a walk tomorrow it's just gravy. We have tickets to see The Wiz broadway production. That also means today I will be having wine and eating dinner at one of my favorite chains. Puesto. Yum. And that's my whole day. Reading will fill in the open times.

QoTD: I'm not really listening to anything right now. I'm in the car so seldom and for such short times I don't know even really pay attention to the radio and we rarely have music on at home.

Foods today are close to

B: 1 egg, 1 bacon slice, 1 25 cal zero carb tortilla and 1 TBSP of cheese

L: 3 oz leftover TJ Teriyaki sesame beef on one slice of protein bread.

Afternoon snack. We get wine and a savory and a sweet treat with our show tickets. They are just bite sized, so whatever they are I'm trying!

D: Fresh, hot chicharrons, 2 street tacos, one queso birra and one pork al pastor and another glass of wine. There will be leftovers for sure and I'm already thinking about how good that queso birra taco will be for breakfast tomorrow!
