Good Morning! I'm joining the no sleep club today. I usually sleep well but I got woken up a little after midnight and never really was able to fall back asleep because my mind started working. May we all have all the coffee today. Yesterday was very busy and today looks to be about the same so let's do this!

QOTD: if I'm going to a new place usually I'll glance at them. I tend to modify most things but that at least gives me a base to start.

TSS: 9 years 4 months

B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange

L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit

S: Protein puffs, a piece of fruit and yogurt

D: TBD

ES: yogurt and toast

E: Treadmill

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:TBD

Have a great one!

Happy Tuesday!! Didn't do much this past weekend except nap and meal prep for the week. I'm feeling about 90% better. The Dr. said my left ear will probably take a bit longer to heal and if after a couple of weeks, the "clogged" feeling doesn't go away she is going to refer me to and ENT in case I did more damage to the ear drum than realized. My right ear feels great and just a little cough now and again from the sinuses clearing up.

We ended up with 9 inches of snow and it looks like it will all be gone after the 2-4 inches of rain we are supposed to get starting this afternoon into tomorrow. While I like rain better than snow, I'm kind of done with both right now.

QOTD: We don't really go out to eat so honestly when we do, I just get whatever I want which is usually a fish or steak dish.

B: coffee with raw milk, 1 egg over easy

L: beef stew with cheddar cheese

D: pork shoulder with cauliflower rice

I know there are some here who don't like garlic, but for those of you who do my black garlic is finally finished. It takes about 9 days to "ferment" and it is so good tasting. Like a sweet, mild garlic flavor that really pops when added to different dishes.

Trader Joe's sells dried black garlic as a seasoning and it's SO delicious. Thanks for reminding me to use it!
