New weight gain is way easier than old weight that has been there for a long time. This will be a quick transition. Thank you for sharing. I'll be here cheering you on. Hopefully I can follow in your footsteps. You got this.

Good morning! Just home from outdoor HIIT class and I am a popsicle! It's currently 40 degrees, so it was the mid to high 30's and we were out in it for an hour +. I've got no clothes for this situation. I have so many layers on I feel like the Michelin Man.

Last week I exceeded all my mini goals. I worked out 6 out of 7 days for a total of 422 minutes. I had one glass of wine only. I ate on plan every day. My only indulgence was about an ounce of a fancy caramel popcorn, that wasn't that great to me so it was easy to stop. New mini goals are set for this week. I'm hopeful for a successful week.

QoTD: No, we don't have the right streaming channel. But I'm looking forward to reviewing it on line so I can see all the pretty (and pretty weird) dresses.

Bites today

B: scrambled egg with a bit of burrata, tomato and shallot and a piece of bacon

L: leftover pesto chicken

D: trying a roasted rack of lamb for the first time in my life, with roasted fingerling potatoes and Brussel sprouts.

All zero calorie beverages, all day.

Good morning and Happy Monday,

It was a good weekend. I got some family time in. Drama at a board meeting. Looking forward to this week. That Barney looks all skin and bones. He should eat.

QOTD- I didn't even know Golden globes were going on.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

D: chicken and mushrooms. Green beans.

Good afternoon! Late to the party here. I've had a few mildly annoying meetings today. I head down to our sales kickoff in Georgia tomorrow for the rest of the week so my critical goals this week were Jazzercise today and tomorrow and today is checked off as done!

QOTD: how funny, I had no idea it was on! I was catching up with some of my nearest and dearest friends and it completely wasn't on my radar!

I have to pack and I'm procrastinating haha. I know I just need to do it. I think I'll log off around 6 and just knock it out.

B: impossible ground meat ricotta bake. Weird but I had leftover meat and sauce and cheese

L: I think I am going to do a Mediterranean tuna salad - tuna and olives and capers (I wish I had feta cheese but oh well!)

D: I made DH grill a bunch of chicken thighs, sausages and salmon yesterday. So some sort of protein. DH will have green beans and baked potato which don't appeal to me in the least!

E: 55 minutes and 332 calories burned. I'm filled with energy!
