This happened to me 2x. Once when We were first dating, I got 4 tickets to the Lion King to take our moms then realized why there were seats still available that late in the game. 2nd was when I planned my Vegas wedding, we wanted it Superbowl weekend however rooms were too expensive, and I did not want my guest to have to pay a premium. I Spent Superbowl weekend in Vegas in the 80's more than once and had a great time. Most Hotels do have Superbowl parties in grand ballroom that were compt back in the 80's. Usually involved elaborate buffets and cheap high-end alcohol. I think we went 4 years in a row. Vegas is completely different than it was back then. It used to be cost effective. There is no more coupon books and 99¢ shrimp ****tails are far gone.

Good morning ~ Barney, haha. Drive safe today. I had a lovely weekend that was exactly what I wanted and needed. I'm ready for the week! I will be in the office this morning and after my meeting I will head out to my conference. I have my protein things packed since you never know about the food at these things. I'm bringing some light weights and a Rogue band to use in the morning/s. No workout today, I'm still letting my back recover and it was rough but will walk after I get settled. I made an appt for Friday at the gym with a trainer. I want to know all the equipment that intimidates me and come up with a good routine.
QOTD - No, I'm not big on watching these things but I like the highlights and red carpet which I have yet to check out!
Accountability - switched food plan around quite a bit and still came in under my calorie limit. 189.1 today - lovely fluctuations. I will not let it mess with me.

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,
OK that weekend is complete. I am glad it is over. I had nothing to do this weekend and I grazed and ate all weekend. I did do my HITT class Saturday morning, and I did Mom duty but other than that just did a few Netflix movies.
QOTD: I watched the first 5 minutes and Joe Coy was not hitting well with me. I have liked his standup in the past but that was bad. Maybe too much Chelsie Handler rubbed off on him or something. I had high hopes, but he did not hit the mark. I turned on American Pickers on the DVR and TicToked through it.
Accountability: If I was on a Carb cycling diet, I hit all the carb goals and Grazing goals there are. So pretty much terrible.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

G'morning all!
QJB - I always forget that having snow days means also a lot of shoveling. In my perfect world the driveways have heater underneath them so you don't have to shovel.
Spent the weekend organizing around the house, Costco run, nice chat with friends, and generally getting ready for the week ahead.
I also got on the scale to see the damage done since the surgery, no exercise and holidays eating. My weight is where I expected to be; from Nov 7 at 145.6 to Sat at 155.2 for a total gain of 9.6 lbs. As I always say, I'd rather fight these 10 lbs than the 120 lbs I used to battle. So I am channeling my inner Amy and tackling the regain methodically. I can't handle the daily fluctuation weigh-ins so I will weigh once a week and update my sig accordingly.
QOD: dang it, no! Totally spaced on it. I love watching the red carpet fashion. Gotta go and see it all online.
My meals yesterday:

- Protein smoothie, Fage yogurt
