Good morning ~ I had to look up a Marmot taking a bath and it did not disappoint! I think your cookies are adorable, I even thought the spatula was a cookie. Yesterday was a good day. When an employee you initially wrote off as a 'bare minimum/warm body type' starts stepping up day after day and then thanks you? That's good stuff. It's Friday, time to get organized and take inventory of what's what today and go from there.
QOTD - A solid 7, but it's a project that needs tweaking. There are goals I think I should make and goals that will fit my life, so that is what I'm trying to figure out. The weekday step count goal isn't doing anything but making me feel like crap. I don't need that. I'm too tired and there is a better fit for me out there. All the talk about gym memberships, weight lifting and hydromassage had me packing my gym bag last night. I'm adding Friday afternoon Planet Fitness weight workout to my goals. I have the 'no pressure' time most Fridays and the hydromassage will be my reward.

I sampled the hydromassage at Planet Fitness yesterday. I liked it but wi**** was longer than 7 minutes. I am also going to sample the infrared light room before making the leap to a Black membership.

Happy to hear that! It's 10 minutes at our, but still not nearly long enough. You can go again, but you have to get up and ask them to re start it. I totally will do if no one is waiting.

Good Morning! Friyay! Your week sounds just perfect for you and a great start today. I legit always love your cookie pics- hoping some day you'll be able to ship them. I had a good day yesterday, lots of being spoiled and feeling loved. Now today is the big move day, I have a busy day at work but will head over to Em's place (yeah, I actually said it!) after and most likely will spend most of tomorrow there.

I had a ball setting Jess up in his first apartment. He was 45 minutes away and I worried some, but he figured stuff out on his own and made me proud. The time we spend together now is better than when he lived at home. You got this mama!
