I am so sorry about losing your bariatric surgeon. Did they give you any recommendations? I hate changing doctors. In July our insurance changed, and my PCP was no longer in network. I am still not happy with the PCP I picked.
I got nothing going on today but work and dog walking. Why am I so glad the holidays are over? If work is slow, I am running to Macy's to check out the clearance stuff. I need a new Tote bag and hoping to find one on sale. I saw one I like at Kohls, but it was a BOGO sale and I only need one. Hopefully Macy's come through for me.
QOTD: I was a planet Fitness member and loved it!! Covid is why I quit as well. After it reopened, they stopped with the classes that came free with the membership, so I never went back. I now go to a little gym in a storage unit that my neighbor runs. You buy classes and not a membership. I think it is $60 for 5 or 6 classes. I do love the comradery there and the variety of classes offered. They have Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga HITT Bootcamp, Crazy8's (the one I do most often), Pound, and a bunch of Cycle classes. Plus, they are my happy hour buddies so that all works out.

Exercise: Dog walking.
Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

I really liked the pound class I took a few years ago. I bought the drumsticks to use with my exercise ball and then did nothing with them, lol

Good morning!
Happy Birthday to our Kelly here on OH, and to my Kelly, out there, somewhere.
I nailed it again yesterday. 98 minutes of exercise. Excellent food and beverage choices all day. The aqua fit class nearly killed me. Which is the answer to the QOTD: yes, just joined a couple months ago since I was limited by my ankle injury in my choice of work outs. It's all right. The Y is very nice and lots of equipment and I'm enjoying the pool workouts way more than I would have thought. I'd rather just be naturally thin and lean and strong, but apparently that's not in the cards for me. Oh, and I had to run around the house and in place again last night to make it to 10K steps because I was soooo close. Even though 10K steps are not actually a goal of mine. But when you get in the 9K's, I feel like it is a requirement to notch that one off.
Today I plan on making back to the gym for recumbent bike, treadmill and the circuit training weight machines. I need to stop at the store on the way home. Getting ready to hosts guest for a birthday dinner celebration on Saturday. Last night I made the marry me chicken for Rog and our buddy. Learned that when the recipe calls for low sodium broth, I should use it. It was so tasty but too salty. I was complaining to the guys that I got no marriage proposals after making the dinner. Roger replied "well, nobody asked for a divorce either".

D: Honoring my Kelly with dinner with friends at a local burger joint. There will be 15-20 of us and this will be our 15th out of 18 years. Missed one for Covid. Started this tradition on what would have been his 21st birthday because the at the time, the joint was a bar only that served food so you had to be 21. So we started meeting here on his 21st birthday. Now it's a restaurant and bar so all the kids can join us. Anyway, that means insides of a burger and few fries.
