How does one drop 10lbs during the holidays. You're doing amazing. I need some more tips and tricks.

800cals/80 grams of protein and the rest is whatever fits including carbs. I think it's carbs and food peace honestly. I'm not doing anything special otherwise. I would credit the revision surgery, but after the pre surgery LSD 15 and post op diet 10 or 15 (I can't remember) pound loss, I stalled for 4 solid months so who knows.

I have wanted to try the hydromassage at Planet Fitness but I only have the Classic membership. Is it worth it to change to the Black Membership for those benefits? I do get monthly massages.

It's 100% worth the $ for the black membership w/hydro massage for me. Ask them to try it before you commit. You'll know how you feel after 2 minutes. They also have the compression chairs but they are not my favorite, the hydromassage is everything.

Morning y'all!

Not much going on today. I think my mom wants to run to the bank this morning. They are saying we could get upwards of 6 inches of snow later today. The kids will be picked up around noon. Then we have no where we need to be. Will most likely work on chainmaille.

I'm really really hurting as I have to stay in my room since the kids sleep in the living room.

QOTD: I do not

up in the air.

Good morning, everybody!

QJB our Bariatric practice separates the pre- and after care from the actual surgery. So I haven't seen my surgeon in six years. The Baratrician has been around the entire time. Although, I think that they moved her around during the height of COVID. As a result I have both a Baratrician and a PCP. But if you asked me who my Doctor was I would say my Endocrinologist.

Those Parmesan Artichokes look pretty good to me. Maybe I will try them over the weekend. I've never made any recipes from the OH site before. But for now, Marilyn made a big lasagna, so I am eating that.

We had 3/4 for Happy Hour last night. One of my friends has had an injured parent to care for, so I don't think that she has been able to join since November 15th. She is returning home (driving) and should be able to rejoin us starting next week. We have been running 2/4 for the last few weeks, so it would be nice to get everybody one of these Wednesdays.

QOTD: I guess that I will average some people out. I have my main Crossfit gym in which I am a full-time member. Let's say that I go there 200 times a year. I am also an Olympic Lifting member at the gym where my lifting coach works at. That is about 40% of the cost of a full-time membership. I go there about 45 times a year since we have returned to in-person work. I am also a member at a very cheap, very old school gym in Chicago where I will also meet my coach occasionally, but only if I am training for a meet. Maybe 10-15 times a year. Marilyn is a member of a tennis club. I know that it sounds like a lot of memberships, but its actually a lot cheaper than the Country Club where we were until 2016.

Breakfast: Bagel

Lunch: Beef and Broccoli

Dinner: Lasagna

Have a great day, all!

Good Morning everyone.

I'm pretty sure I have an inner ear infection that has been festering for a couple of weeks. My left ear hurt so bad last night it woke me up from a dead sleep. I took two Tylenol PM's figuring if anything it would knock me out which they did, but when I woke up this morning my ear felt wet and there was a little blood mixed with fluid. I called my PCP and they can get me in tomorrow. I can deal with it one more day since Tylenol keeps the pain at bay.

QOTD: Not me I don't have time or the money to go to a gym. Plus I have a treadmill and a couple of other pieces of equipment at home.

B: coffee I just don't feel like eating

L: BLT salad

D: Not sure might make a soup of some sort

Have a great day!!

Blood from your ear is not good. I'm glad you don't have to wait overly long to be seen.

Oh no, ear infections suck. I dislike any pain in or around the head. Hope you feel better soon.
