What's on your Wednesday Menu?

YES! Exactly why I only started with 1x per week! 3x or everyday (which is ideal) is just setting myself up for failure right now.

I'm with you on supervising. Ugh. I may have mentioned this already on this thread, but I was once promoted to interim supervisor when my former supervisor took another position. People seemed really surprised when I didn't apply for the permanent position once it officially opened. Nope. My mental health is worth more than the higher salary. I was very happy to go back to my old job!
Good Morning! Ah man, sorry you couldn't enjoy the Trader Joe's trip. I feel lucky that we have two within 15 mins of each other. I did notice the Walmart parking lot by my office was pretty busy yesterday too so maybe everyone is playing catch up.
QOTD: I used to often but now I just don't seem to have the patience to look through everything.

Good morning! Feels like Tuesday but it's Wednesday, I will take that as a win! Also solved Connections perfectly. I swear, that makes me so happy.
QOTD: Nope, never. I do love me a Marshalls trip though, I'm not fancy!
B: Leftover taco meat and cheese
L: Leftover chicken salad although yesterday it sat like a log so less today!
D: I may be going with leftover turkey taco again - I made quite a bit!
I am sorry about your TJs trip - I love TJs but the fridge areas are my favorite sections (I avoid all the sweets and snacks that aren't in the fridge). Maybe you will get to go again soon and it won't be so crazy. How odd for a Tuesday!
Good morning all. It was nice to get out for a while yesterday, even if it was a humdrum medical checkup. Yesterday was the first hearing test I've had in a dog's age. I've got some loss in one ear -- the side JB sits on. I swear, it's not intentional.
It ended up being cheeseburger day. Cheeseburger for breakfast, half a cheeseburger and some fries out for lunch, and the rest for dinner.
Today is slow. We may be getting a decent snowstorm on Sunday, so I'll start the snowblower to make sure it's running. I'll have to ask JB to get the snow shovels from the attic.
QOTD: I don't think ive ever shopped for clothes at a thrift store. There were long stretches that I don't think I ever would have found something in my size. Heck, most stores didn't carry my size. Now, when I need something I can just get it online pretty cheap. When I find a shirt I like, I'll buy one of every color. Otherwise I'd end up wearing the same color every day.

I had a hearing test this summer after being at 3 different concert venues where the sound seemed muddy, I assumed it was me. Nope, the audiologist said my hearing was perfect. That was good and bad, lol

When I get something tested I often wish to find something, so it can be fixed. It somehow seems better than being permanently broken.
