Good morning ~ Cute meme, lol. TJ's parking/shopping is a crapshoot. I felt what you wrote about your experience, hard. I have decent luck when I go right when they open. Otherwise, I'm darting in and out around the clueless food blockers. Yesterday was a good day, I felt like I was forgetting something all day. The last couple weeks were high pressure so maybe I was just assuming. Anyway I got things in order, TCB and prepping for travel next week. I saw a recruitment for a job I think I would really like and more money, but unfortunately still supervising. If I were to leave, it would not be to supervise again. 90% of the time it's fine, but that other 10% just sucks so no thank you.
I was filling out the form for my wellness benefit for 2023 and was able to add in my running shoes and my rebounder on top of the gym membership I don't use! The eligible list has expanded quite a bit since covid, it used to be for just a gym memberships and smoking cessation but now it includes fitness watches, paddleboards and ski lessons - you name it, it's on there. I like free stuff.
QOTD - No, I don't have the patience to flip through racks of random inventory. I know people score some great things, but I just can't. Same with the discount stores. But even when inventory is grouped and displayed like Macy's, I need to be in the mood to browse. I can shop online all day long though, haha.
Accountability - great, 188.3 today. I didn't make my goal for step count yesterday because I barely looked up from my desk and ignored my watch. Too tired to get on the treadmill at the end of the day - what was I thinking? Okay, so not really doable that way. I only made it to 4.2k out of my 5k goal. I will be more intentional throughout the day now. I got in a 25 minute lower body workout this morning and I'm feeling it. I need to do some core work too, my balance is crap. Anyway it motivated me to keep going. I've reached my goal of 1x this week, but I actually want to do more.
b- coffee x 4, Legendary cinnamon roll
l - tuna, light mayo, red wine vinegar w/celery sticks and pickles
d- Real good chicken nuggets, cauli fried rice w/Panda Express orange chicken sauce

I have never supervised anyone, which I am very happy about. I'm pretty sure all of those who supervised me wish they hadn't.
