Those cruise pictures are awesome. I was supposed to go on a cruise in January but I had to cancel because of all of the issues/surgeries in the last 2 months. I am bummed since it was a family trip with both sisters and spouses.

Good morning ~ I feel that meme down in my soul. I hope this next year is full of hitting goals and more importantly, maintaining them. I have no professional goals at the moment except to survive... If I'm honest, my dream about running away to my seaside Mexican village and living on tacos and tequila are looking better and better. Anyway it's Friday and I did finish the year end report by the skin of my teeth yesterday. I have a lot of little things to tie up before my pedi today. I hope I don't have to go back to work after that. I'll be running a couple errands before heading home and collapsing for the glorious 3 day weekend. I'll be relaxing and working on my exercise goals for next week. Consistency is key, so I have to start small and build. If you give me go big or go home exercise, I'll just go home.

Omg, I had to stare at that for far too long to realize what it was. Good luck with building the right exercise plan, I did a little too much go big this week and ended up with an unexpected rest day yesterday and even ended up taking most of the work day off so I could alternate heat and the massage chair thing. Oops!

I hope you're feeling better! I'm so out of shape that any effort is killing my buzz. But, I want to be strong and I have to do it so I'm gonna start very small - easy peasy, and work my way up. I have no idea how I managed life before Tik-Toks diet and exercise hacks.
