Technically yes. I'm not a medical professional but pre-op when I had scores like that, they just put me on an iron supplement. For post RNY they say we should be looking at the ferritin levels in conjunction since low iron is a fairly common issue. I've had my ferritin range from 9 to it's current robust 32!

Mildly anemic. Did your clinic run iron studies also? That is needed to determine if it is related to low iron.

Mel-I love the insight that you have written about! IS this because of the support person you now have in your life? I think I need to go back and read about the nerve ablation. It sounds like one of the clinics finally stepped up to help you. Sending good thoughts your way on the test ablations.

Good Morning! Nothing good comes from me going lights out at 9 pm. I've been awake since 3. I finally decided to just roll out of bed and start my day. We don't have the grands today and Dad leaves right after breakfast, so I am looking forward to a mostly me day. I was not great on calories yesterday and I took a total rest day from exercise. My legs are thanking me, but not much else.

Today I hope to go to the gym and get in some time on the recumbent bike, the treadmill and do the 9 station weight machine circuit. And that's it folks. My big plans for the day.

QoTD: Yes we have one and I like it. But I more appreciate the water in the door than the ice.

Menu looks like

L: left over turkey and maybe some cheese

D: Cod finished with lime and served over lime cilantro rice

It is weird. I had been waking up at 4-5am for months. Then all of a sudden I am sleeping until 8 am no matter what time I go to bed.

Good morning ~ Never question a woman eating chocolate chips straight outta the bag! It's just not done, that is - if you want to live. Yesterday, what can I say about yesterday? Only bare minimum done. I had to run errands and retrieve a left cell phone 25 miles away at my sisters, be here for a delivery, the dogs, the demanding cat, my son stopped by to pick up the rest of their loot, Rob came home early... It was s bust for any kind productivity. This is why I don't like working from home - how do people do it? Calgon take me away! Today is damage control from what I didn't get done. I am going in earlier and staying later than usual this week. It needs to all be done so I can put the year to bed for good.

QOTD - YES - I needs my ice!! I have at least 2 big 40 ouncers going at all times - 1 plain water and 1 flavored water and sometimes a 3rd with iced coffee. We use a lot of ice.

Accountability - I was an angel all day and only ate about half of my dinner. The hydration rebound from the holiday was on the scale this morning - 191.6 - I enjoyed every bite and sip. No regrets, not one. Should be back in the 80's by the end of the week.
