What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good morning and happy Tuesday!
I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday and is ready for whatever the week ahead brings. My week will be so busy with work and trying to do all the things ending with our big cards against humanity tournament on Saturday. I need to pick up a bottle of whisky for the nice elephant gift I picked (our theme is alcohol so mine is a whisky infusion kit and whisky) and figure out what easy appetizer to make for Saturday, go down to Colorado Springs to see my besties mom before she goes back to Wisconsin tomorrow, I have a hair cut, a personal training session, a dentist appt, a dinner with my niece and a friday party...and it's a regular 4 day work week on top of all that. I'm tired just typing it all, lol (not really but it's busy for sure).
Oh, and it looks like we have a couple of inches of snow so I'll workout and then I'll shovel snow too.
QOTD - I have when I needed to in the past but this year I don't need to make any returns; when I've had to, I absolutely DID NOT do it the day after christmas, lol. Usually later in the week after.
I have the opposite of too many leftovers, I did not bring any back from christmas dinner which I'm good with. It does mean I will have to put some planning into th meals today but that's fine.
Coffee with half and half X 3
cottage cheese with nuts and raisins
cheese sticks
I'm hoping to see if my BFF and mom will meet me half way so I don't have to drive all the way to the Springs, if so we'll get dinner out.
Have a fantastic day everyone!

That couple of inches of snow is more like 6 and still coming down, so I might not make it to the springs today (where it's apparently sunny and warm, lol).

Good morning gang. Back from PT, and I'm ready for a nap. Our weekend was excellent, but very tiring. And JB did most of the work. I swear, one of these days well learn how much food we actually need.
We got a waterfall for Christmas! Sort of. The ice maker in our fridge has been on the fritz. About 2 hours before Christmas dinner, water started pouring out of the freezer door. The ice tray would fill, get dumped, fill, get dumped, over and over. So now we get a new fridge.
QOTD: No returns. I've returned very few things in my life. It's really not something I ever need to do.
