Good Morning! Friday-Eve but it's my work Fri-yay since tomorrow we have a family day trip planned for IKEA. I feel like the holidays seem to cause lots of feelings, so many expectations about how things are supposed to be and feel. I understand and can relate.

QOTD: definitely coffee

TSS: 9 years 4 months

B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange

L: TBD, I think we are going to The Habit as a team to celebrate a birthday (the birthday girl doesn't like to do a big lunch with all the other office teams).

S: Protein puffs, a piece of fruit and yogurt

D: Maybe lunch leftovers

ES: yogurt and toast

E: Treadmill

V/W: On track

Totals: TBD

Have a great one!

Yay for Fri-Yay! I just mentioned to Joddie last evening that we need to take a ride to Ikea very soon. All the talk on here about Ikea has me wanting to visit!

Good morning QJB and menuers,

Hope you're able to decompress today. Overwhelmed isn't a good feeling. The brooms sound awesome. I remember seeing pics of the ones you made.

QOTD- Dog treats. I don't seem to be able to not buy more because my very good boys deserve them. And blankets. There's always space for more blankets. Oh. And tea. I have a whole cupboard of it...probably 50 kinds, and we're not talking about Celestial Seasonings. I try to have a rule of finishing 3 containers for anything new to come in but...willpower.

Working on packing up to head out after work today. Made the silly decision to log in early, so hoping to take my final meeting of the day on the road. I'll be channeling Jen as I'll drive through the night and work tomorrow. Woo!

Accountability- I seem to be losing again right now, so being extra diligent in tracking for trends. I've been fiercely craving juices, which is super unusual for me. Hmm.

Menu today is more lasagna, cottage cheese, boiled eggs with mustard, at least one apple or pear with cheesy bits.

Cheers, everyone!

Chewy is a wonderful company. They make it easy to order and always had my cat's favorites available. I lost my Gracie who was going on 19 this summer. Chewy sent a card and a beautiful flower arrangement when I told them.

Did you know Chewy was bought by Petsmart? They are now the same company carrying the same exact stuff.

I did not know that but always loved Petsmart - where the pets go.

In 2021 I took a chance and went with a company who wanted to provide tax experts to Intuit. We had 20 people and by the end of tax season were at 1034. In 2022 we had over 2000 agents and we are currently hiring and processing over 4000. It has been an amazing success and a real challenge.

We have been swamped with applicants and keep our recruiters really busy. I am looking forward to a few days off for the holidays and then it will be full steam ahead starting January 2.
