Good morning!
I've been up for about 3 hours. Just could not stay asleep. I did manage to use some of that time to clean out two cabinets and reorganize. I had a bag of flour that had a best by date of Sept. 2021. Don't think I need that bag.
Yesterday I clocked 84 minutes of exercise, 1018 calories and 91 grams of protein. I also got some grocery shopping done and the guest bedroom refreshed for my Dad's upcoming visit. Successful day. Today I need to go to the regular grocery store, get in a work out and maybe wrap the few gifts we have for the grands. Seems like quiet times around here, but time is flying by.
Food for today...
B: scrambled eggs with blistered tomatoes and whipped burrata
L: 4 oz chicken breast, laughing cow wedge, tomato and green onion. Pops chips to scoop
D: Think I'll go Greek. I'm going to try to make homemade tzatziki and have gyros meat and feta and red onion
