What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Good Morning! Happy Friday! We made it! Well, you made it. I am teaching my last 2 classes for December this weekend, and I am tired just thinking about it. My knee is acting way up, too, which just sucks. Next week, I refuse to stand up. Mark my words. I think I will just move the Nespresso machine next to the couch and call it a day.
PP had me thinking about the jalapeño burger all day and we made it happen! We grabbed Grim's daughter and we had our first outing to a favorite pub since his second surgery. Yum! Just what I wanted. I have the second half and will happily eat it cold :)
QOTD: Do you enter contests and giveaways online? I used to be all over the HGTV dream house but it's been at least 10 years since I entered in that one. I recently discovered a Hallmark Channel Countdown to Christmas giveaway :) The grand prize is a trip to Paris and London, so I have entered that one sporadically. Other than that, nothing I can think of!
Yesterday was weird. I didn't eat all day--I was in cookie production mode and had no idea that time was passing. 2:20pm was the first time I looked up at the clock and I expected it to say 10am. Who knows where time went? Anyway, I only had the protein coffee until dinner, but then I did all kinds of damage with the 1/2 burger, some tater tots, and a cosmo.

Morning y'all!
Not a lot planned today. We need to wrap up the presents we have. We're having a combo party Sunday for my niece and brother so I might do a little light cleaning. We've had rain for two days and that should end or should've ended around midnight. We've gotten over an inch or more. That's a lot for us as this tends to be our driest time of year.
No word back, even though I requested an appointment yesterday, from the pain management clinic. Insert giant eye roll. So I'll call...again...sometime today. Such utter bull****
I got my secret Santa gift yesterday and was gobsmacked to say the least! So good! THANK YOU SECRET SANTA!

I'm posting while my first flight of the day is being de-iced. The world is an amazing place! I hope I never become so jaded that I don't look around and realize that so many of the things we just take for granted were science fiction a 150 years ago.

Wow, that toast looks amazing. Unfortunately for me I can't eat berries at this point due to the short bowel syndrome. So sad for me.
