DD says that it is the songbook of her life. She and her friends (mid-20's) have gone through all of their formative years - teenage, high school, college, and now career marriage, children with Taylor Swift in the background.
Her house in Rhode Island is pretty nice.

4 or 5 years ago, JB got me a helicopter ride, flying all around Newport RI. I knew the airport because it was just up the road from my brother's house when he was stationed there. About 2 minutes after taking off we flew over a Home Depot and movie theater that I'd been to, and pointed them out to JB.
The pilot started laughing. He said that so many people wanted him to fly over Taylor Swift's house, and he wasn't allowed. So he started pointing out the Home Depot, and told them it was her mansion. He said he couldn't even guess how many photos of that HD were out there, masquerading as a mansion.

Apparently, I wanted some excitement yesterday. I locked myself out of my building when I stepped outside. It's the first time that I've done that. I was stuck in a locked, gated gangway. Neighbors didn't answer their phone or backdoor. Luckily, I heard a neighbor go into the laundry room and caught their attention.
QOTD- There's so much that bothers me. It would probably be crafting the fictitious message. People post Keep up with the Joneses pictures and posts that aren't honest. They edit and filter photos, create posts for likes, sympathy, sales, whatever. Or the worst, they create this online information that is supposed to paint them in a positive light but you see them in real life and know it's bull****
It's close to festivus so here's my airing of grievances. At my club, there's a lady that is constantly telling people that she is homeless, broke, she can't find shelter, and that no one will help. She posts this on Facebook too. I tried to help at the beginning and she wouldn't act on anything. I tried to provide help in the form of food, multiple housing options, and most importantly linking her to social service agencies. I stopped trying to help and started out that others were trying to help but she didn't want their help either. However, she has accepted money from more than a dozen people totaling in the thousands. This includes taking advantage of a 90 year old lady living in state housing. Why take money from someone who doesn't have money to give? It feels like this is all part of a hustle. I can usually accept that the person has a mental illness or something else going on, but this disgusts me. I see subsequent daily posts on Facebook when I know she has already collected hundreds that day. Can you tell that I'm harboring a resentment?

Excuse me if you are so down and out how can you afford WIFI and a computer to post. In the 80's My Bro worked in Atlantic City at a casino. There was an old lady that would beg on the boardwalk every day. I am sure she was making nice ching. How my brother's office window was angled he would see a limo pick her up every evening at 6:oo. Some People are really terrible people. Also, the ones that are near shopping areas begging while smoking cigarettes? Really can't afford food but you can smoke. Grrr.

I think some are legit but others, no. We saw a woman dressed in a nun's habit once begging in Penn Station. People were falling all over themselves to give her money. First of all, I don't think many nuns dress in habit these days. Secondly, I can't imagine the Catholic Church allowing its nuns, priests, and monks to beg on the streets..

I didn't start the baking yet. I do plan to, but mom got another UTI, so I had to go over and set up her pills. She has not had one since October. If I do not make sure she is drinking her water, she does not. My brother was on a break from work and was able to stay on top of her water drinking. He now works from 8-5 so he doesn't stop by as often and she doesn't drink unless someone hands her a water. Why Why? She acts like we are trying to kill her by asking her to drink the water. I did get to Aldi, and I do have all the ingredients so baking should start tonight.
QOTD: This is the only social media I am a part of, so I am not familiar there even is behavior issues.
Accountability: Chocolate covered expresso beans. (very big weakness I have)
TSS: 6 years 0-months 2-days 161 Lowest (129.4) This was my 1st surgery that went awry. I count my surgiversery on the 18th when I got my RNY.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
