What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good Morning Everybody!

Yesterday was my last day in the office for the 2023 year. Tuesday and Wednesday are my normal work from home days. I'm not taking Thursday and Friday as vacation days, but the driver comes to pick us up Thursday morning at 9:40, so it will be a work on the road type of day. We fly into Houston and Uber to Galveston. We board the ship at about noontime on Friday and depart at 5:00. Vacation next week and then we are on shutdown for the holiday.

DD has a work Happy Hour that she has to attend Thursday evening and then her and her boyfriend will head down to his parent's house and drive over to Galveston on Friday morning. My youngest is home already. He passed Organic Chemistry (Yay!). He will fly with us on Thursday morning. My older son is still going strong with schoolwork and will meet us directly in Houston Thursday. I have packed all of my clothes, etc., but still need to pack up my health problems (CPAP, blood sugar meter, meds, vitamins, etc.) on Thursday morning.

At 10:30, I have orientation at my gym for the new security system. They are switching to a 24 hour model. Classes will still be held during the regular times, but the gym will be open at all times for those who have the APP. Marilyn said she may want to come back as a family member if the gym is available 24/7.

I love Orvis but only have shopped it by catalog. I don't even know where the closest one is. Sounds like you're in for a great Christmas.

Marilyn talked about getting a part time job their for the discount, but never did so.

When I first started they said that because of the shape of my jaws there was a pretty good chance that I would be on no matter how much weight I lost.

Good Morning! IKEA and Costco in the same day?!? I don't think I could do it. The closest IKEA locations are at least 2 hours away so it's been awhile since we have gone. We actually are thinking of going on the 22nd. I saw a post yesterday that IKEA has a turkey sized meatball-I don't know if it's real, probably not! I have a few meetings with vendors today and then I will need to review some proposals to pick who we want to use for the ACA stuff this year. In the past years we've handled them ourselves but some filing things changed so we need to do it different this year.
