I reverse sear. I think it is way easier to get it perfect this way. Do you rest it 15 Minutes before you throw it on the grill or in the skillet?

The Christmas Pizza is adorbs. I like the sauce peeking through. I have no discernable skills when it comes to using a piping bag so your attention to detail amazes me all the time.

This week whizzed by. I can't believe it is Friday. I also can't believe my decorating is done. Let the baking and gift stuff begin. We will be doing the gift game that is all over TikTok with the muffin pan and ping pong balls, so I want that squared away by weekends end. I also want to square up my secret Santa this weekend as well. I'll throw in some mom duty along the way as well. I think she may need a haircut.

QOTD: I used Nexus Humectress as my Conditioner and Therapy as My shampoo for years till it went commercial. Then I found out that the owner Of Nexus originally produced Tresemme so I switch to that. It is much more economical and is basically the same composition product with a little different smell.

Accountability: I changed up dinner and had 1 piece of pizza I made DH from scratch. He was having a bad day and food always helps him.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Good morning! Up and packed for a fast weekend in Vegas. Time wise, not me. My fast days are over. We've got dinner reservations at EDO off strip and concert tickets to see Gary Allen tonight. My favorite country singer. His songs speak to my healing heart. Should be a great weekend.

I did so so on food yesterday. Ended up going with the fake burger set up, but substituting a real burger. Haloumi melted on my burger? Yes please. I ate so little of it I brought it home and warmed it up with the fries and gave it to Roger for lunch. He was like "did you even eat any of this?". Yep. Yum. Dinner was a little pasta and 2 prawns. So not a bad food day for me. La Jolla was gorgeous. As always.

QoTD: I have two kinds of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. One I get at Target, one I get from the salon. I use the cheap one mostly, and then switch up to the fancy one every 10 shampoos or so just to strip down the build up and keep my hair on it's toes.

Have you ever eaten at the Lotus of Saim in Vegas? It is voted one of the top Thai restaurants in America. It's in a Janky strip mall but the food is incredible. I had my first serving of sweet sticky rice and Mango there. It is so good. There are so many choices there though it is hard to hit them all. I love Hash house a go-go too.

That sound so good. I just discovered Gordon Ramsey this year and now want to go to Vegas and eat at his restaurants. Think I will go this spring. I will look for these ones too. I really love mango.

Marilyn went to Hell's Kitchen on a tennis trip and enjoyed it.
