Good morning all and Happy Thursday,
This is the second day of back to back PT sessions. Yesterday started out with a back massage. I don't know if the PT was formally a massage therapist but she knew what she was doing from a relaxation standpoint. When I closed my eyes, it was like I was the at a half hour massage at the spa.
Drama. I hate family drama and am grateful that my sister, father and myself never participated. My brother always did(He majored in drama aka theatre), and is currently creating unnecessary drama about gifts and talking on the phone. With our sibling dynamic, I want to be raw and honest as we were brought up. However, I know that if I do, he'll be hurt and it will strain our relationship.

QOTD- I have a morning routine and a end of night routine. Morning routine: Lay in bed, pray, repeat positive affirmations, meditate, daily readings, ask Alexa for weather, news, & review my notes. Stretch and exercise. Put on coffee, shower etc. Grab coffee, yogurt & tangerine to sit on the couch, check email and do today's 'To Do' list; this includes posting here when I have time. Grab a thermos of coffee / energy drink and hit the road.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Rotisserie Chicken salad.
D: caprese salad, Lamb loin chops. Green veggie.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Christmas movies and take out sound fantastic. Last night's dinner Johnny Marzetti with the Sub of Banza noodles was awesome. That is the first time in forever I ate anything that resembled a noodle. No match for a homemade noodle I was used to as a fatty, but I approve. Looks like 2 more lugs and my ornament holders and ornaments are the only things left to do. Then the baking will begin. I have to get my secret Santa done as well. I got 11 days to get it in the mail, so I think I am good. I have to get gas after work. Anybody else not fond of going to the gas station? It is supposed to be in the 50's this afternoon so not to bad but I hate when it gets blustery and you gotta do it. Blah.
QOTD: First thing after I wake, I take my Multi vitamin. I Get up and get the makeup set out that coordinates with the outfit I'll be wearing. Then I get the dog and he gets about 5 minutes of pets before I go down to make him breakfast. After he eats, we head out for 1/2 mile walk then it is **** shower save and head to work. I drink 20oz of water on my way here and grab my 1st coffee when I get in the door. It is my motivation to get here at a reasonable time. Everything is willie nillie after that.
Accountability: I ate the rest of the pickled beets from Thanksgiving, and I used the leftover juice to make beet eggs that I plan on eating tomorrow for breakfast.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Coffee is what gets me out of bed! I don't know how you can wait so long, I'd be jonesing hard.

Good morning!
Looking forward to a real nice day. It's cool, crisp and sunny here and I have a "ladies who lunch" fancy date with my girlfriends. Lunch at the La Valencia in La Jolla. Oh la la. We'll also wander the shops and walk along the ocean. We'll be up high above the ocean, so no fear of getting sand in my fancy shoes. Then I need to get home, do a few chores and pack for Vegas.
Yesterday I did really well all around. I did eat my seven layer bar. I then immediately took a 45 min, almost 3 mile walk. I'm putting my blinders on and calling that a push in the calorie department.
QoTD: Yeah, pretty much. Wake up, stretch every which way, get my Iwatch on so I can start the standing hours and steps count and walk the 6 feet to the bathroom. Weigh, brush my teeth, wash my face, comb my hair and then get dressed. Workout clothes if I have any thoughts at all of making that happen as I agree, getting in the right clothes makes it more likely to happen. Then make the bed and come out to the kitchen for fake coffee and online stuff. I love walking back to my bedroom minutes later and seeing the bed made and the curtains open. Soothes my crazy mind to have everything set straight.
