What's on your Thursday Menu?
Great news on Grim's surgery yesterday. It is funny he can "harass" you when he isn't even there using his smartphone. DH and I are usually slow to adopt new technology. We turn our lights on the old fashion way.
Yesterday, I did do a beginner yoga workout. I was very careful with my incision with any stretching or poses. It was 30 minutes in length which was plenty. Today, I have an appointment for IV iron infusion since I am iron deficient and still anemic. Otherwise, nothing new here.

Since I live alone and so afraid of falling having Alexa turn lights on is so helpful when I wake up and the house is dark. I can turn the lights off and on from my bed and not have to worry about stumbling around in the dark. The meme today is me when I first wake up.
