Good morning and happy Thursday. I now have I'm shufflin' as an ear worm, lol.
I just finished the last of the Happness/Bhutan elliptical sessions and I got my virtual trophy (insert rant about how much I miss the magnets). I ignored my Fitbit yesterday since I wanted to get the series done and I ignored it's "you didn't take a rest day yesterday, so take one today" today and I will say I struggled with the final session; I had to lower the resistance several times because I couldn't hang at the 24 for the 20 minutes. Interestingly enough the final conversation during the episode was about not looking at these tangible goals but looking at the experience as the goal. I felt spied upon. If it tells me to take a rest day tomorrow I will. My bestie and I signed up to do the virtual Wonder Woman 5K fundraiser for St. Jude and we picked Saturday as our day to get out and do the 5K so I want to be ready for that -- we're doing a hike vs a run.
