Good morning, all! Everyone is up and at 'em early today!

Nothing special to report here. It's been a good week so far. I got in for a great jazzercise class yesterday, I am doing strength training with friends tomorrow, and jazzercise again Friday. I feel so much better when I work out in the morning!

QOTD: I love me a Marshalls and Home Goods. TJ Maxx, not as much. Do you have the other brand of their stores, called Homesense? I LOVE it. It's like Home Goods with a few of the sections blown out to be much bigger - think, less knick knacks and more lamps and rugs and tables. It's my heaven!

B: Emiepie egg salad - two hard boiled eggs mashed with cottage cheese and EBTB jalapeno seasoning

L: Low carb wrap with avocado, boars head ever roast, havarti cheese

D: turkey tacos!!!

Have a fabulous day, everyone

I get overwhelmed when I go to those kind of stores. I literally walk in with good intentions, but after 5 minutes I'll make a U turn and get out. I gotta go with somebody like you who knows where to go and what to look for.

When I was in California I liked Ikea to wander around. Didn't really buy much from there but like all the "rooms" they have set up.

The cinnamon buns and meatballs aren't bad either. There is an Ikea within 3 miles of my office.

G'morning all!

Healthy and speedy recovery jujus for Grim.

Not much going on in my neck of the woods. It's that dull time between Thanksgiving and Christmas. You keep plugging along counting the days until Xmas time comes around. PT kicked my butt last night, never knew a simple move can use so much shoulder muscle. I feel like I have wood pillars in my shoulder instead of muscles and bones.

QOD - so many : give me a book store with a cafe attached and I will never leave. Recently I saw a yarn cafe in Bologna; that's another store I can spend hours and hours in looking at yarns and picturing what I can make, add the cafe corner and again I won't leave. Last but not least Williams Sonoma.

My meals yesterday:

  • Protein coffee smoothie
  • Iced coffee w/PP, epic chicken
  • L&F creme brûlé
  • Hb eggs & Tuna
  • E: 5 miles walk

Happy hump day!

QOTD: I loved and miss Bed, Bath, and Beyond. That was by far on of my favorite stores to look around at stuff. Their 20% coupons were amazing and they would let me use the coupon for everything I was buying, not just 20% the entire purchase.

I have half of the month of December off for vacation some at the beginning and the rest after Christmas. I'm about 1/2 done with my shopping.

Food has been good, bad and everywhere in between. The holidays can be tough with all the darn gatherings. I just keep plugging along one day at a time.

Have a great day everyone.

Almost forgot. Speedy recovery to you Grim.
