Good morning all. I'm off to PT in a few, my last visit before surgery Wednesday. Then it will be in-home PT for two weeks, before starting in-person again.
We're going in to the city overnight. We're seeing the 1955 classic "The Night of the Hunter" with some sort of presentation before the film, so it should be fun. And probably lunch and dinner out, and either breakfast or lunch tomorrow before coming home.
QOTD: I usually don't get jarred awake. It's usually just aches and pains that make it so I can't go back to sleep. I've had a weird pattern for the past month. I sleep from 7 to about 10, get up for a few hours, and then back to bed from 1 or 2 until 4 or 5.

I've read some similar things. It really describes me well.

Thanks for sharing! Had not seen this before but I'd known that there have been different patterns historically.

Huh. This is kind of what my sleep chunks look like on unmedicated nights. Falling asleep is not the problem, generally. Staying asleep is another story. And the best sleep is that morningtime hour or so when you really should get up!
