What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Good morning all. Yesterday was excellent, just big enough, and yet low-key. JB was great, working her butt off both in prep and cleaning up. It's 9:30 am, and I've already had bacon, chocolate cream pie, and a nap.

Have any of you ever learned to say no to ludicrous amounts of food? Intellectually I knew that we had vastly more than we needed -- and vastly more than we ought to have. But there was no attempt to cut back. It's kind of insane.

QOTD: I've never gone out for black friday. My least favorite thing in the world is being in a line, and I've never seen a thing I needed badly enough wait in line for it. I've done online sales though.

I'm hoping to be finished or be rid of the worst foods today, then back on track tomorrow.

"I've already had bacon, chocolate cream pie, and a nap" So jealous as I type from my office having a protein shake.

We get better at the portioning every year...or maybe it's that all but one kid has their own place so they take a couple of days of leftovers home with them so it LOOKS like we have learned. I am sad that I only had one holiday potato leftover dish.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

The thanks needs to go to Jim, he started the conversation about it I just searched and found it on You tube about a minute after he said she was wearing a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader outfit. 77 never looked so good. I read a comment that no kids, plastic surgery, and an unlimited amount of spending money keeps her fit. I say BS she definitely still has to put in the work to keep it that way. We know the routine.

My day was amazing. Started out in the gym, followed by Carmel apple brandy and meal prep and at 2 our guest came and were an absolute delight. I did not have any restrictions yesterday but still was able to do well with my meal. I looked back on Wednesday in the OH archives and I am exactly the same weight I was last Black Friday. After I am done here, I plan on decorating my office for Christmas. I got my mammogram at 1. I am going home to make sauce because I didn't find enough time in August to take care of all the tomatoes so I just food processed them and threw them in the freezer. Today they will become sauce and I will get them in freezer portion sized freezer bags. I am cleaning out the freezer because I got 1/2 cow coming on Monday and a new garage fridge. I also want to take all my fall decorations down so when housekeeper comes Monday she can do a deep clean before I pull out Christmas.

QOTD: Never. Before I worked here, I could not afford it and since I've worked here, I have not had the day off in 27 years.

Accountability: A couple Brandys and boozy eggnogs.

TSS: 5 years 11-months 12-days 161.2 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF coffee mate chocolate caramel creamer

MS: Premier Protein Cafe Latte

CB: Coffee with SF coffee mate chocolate caramel creamer

L: Turkey carrots and green beans

D: TBD Depending on how I feel either leftovers or go out for Mexican.

Exercise: Dog walking.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great weekend my friends.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

You guys are the cutest :)

I jus****ched the show. Damn, I have not looked that good for even one day of my life and she can rock that outfit at SEVENTY SEVEN? What the hell?

Also my dad is 76 and I had to help him open the door to leave the house last night, lol. How does she do it? I think she might be a robot. Or a vampire. Either way, I am impressed and here for it.

Good morning all and Happy Friday,

Thanksgiving was difficult for me this year. I wasn't in a good mindset and was dwelling on the past. I had the pleasure of spending the time with my mom and sister. The food was really good.

QOTD- I've braved Black Friday once. I worked across the street from a mall and our whole office waited in line together at Circuit City. It was about three hours that our company was shut down since there were more important things than work that morning.

B: Nothing. I'm out of yogurt. This is an orange flag situation. It must be rectified today by a yogurt re-up.

L: a bag of leftovers. My family had lean years during the early 20th century. All Thanksgiving leftovers were mixed together in a big container. I still mix everything up and honor the tradition.

D: Smoked chicken, smoked dragon turds(jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese, green onions, wrapped in bacon.

Pic #1 -Trampled by Turtles at Outlaw Music Fest, Pic #2 - Vintage Chicago Street Scene, Pic #3 - Baked potato donut - potato flour, sour cream frosting, bacon, chives. Weird.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
