Good morning ~ Yay for getting it all done, WTG! That has to feel good. We are having some cold nights and hot days, so I've been layering. This lead to my looking like a hobo at work yesterday. I put on a tried and true layered outfit and left. My sweater and top were too big and I didn't notice until I was at the office - shirt gaping at the neck and swimming in my cardigan which was half hanging off me. Not that Rob would ever question my fashion choices, but he let me leave the house like that without so much as an eyebrow raise. Good man, he wants to live but give a girl a warning, k? All in all, a good problem to have. Today is more reports and an online training that I am seriously overdue in taking then 4 glorious day off! Looking forward to T day dinner at my brothers with all the fam.
QOTD - No, all usually very traditional. At best a variation of a traditional dish or a fun appetizer.
Accountability - great. 196 day 2.
b- coffee x 4, cottage cheese
l - 1/2 chipotle bowl. I am seriously addicted to these
d - The last of the chili w/onion and greek yogurt
s -beef jerky

Yay for being done! Even if the recruiter doesn't call yet having some breathing room going into the holidays will be nice!
yesterday was a rough day, my sister's BFF and her son and dog had moved in with my sis to get out of a bad situation. So they were already struggling and yesterday the bff dog wa**** by a car and passed away. Just heartbreaking and on top of some tough things anyway. Sometimes people just get hit with some many struggles at one time, it's awful.
I've had two meetings with 3 more left and then onto the holiday break. I am counting the minutes. We've got some errands to run, including to the dairy for the local eggnog, and then just getting on with Thanksgiving!
qotd - not really. My sis and I always do a pumpkin spice eggnog with captain Morgan's toast. Maybe the oddest is that a few years ago we switched from the "make all the things" to "everyone gets to pick a dish" and that's been nice. The year my sister got divorced it was just 4 adults and two littles and we had 6 pies. I tried to make "more pies than people" a new tradition but it didn't take, lol. I never wonder why I needed WLS, lol.
menu today
all the coffee
l&f greek
tbd on everything else. No workout today either I don't think.
have a great Wednesday all!

My grandmother always made 12 pies as everyone had their favorite. Every kind you can think of and more. These days we don't have those large extended family and friends gatherings. Everyone was invited and welcome to bring a friend or two. After grandmother passed the number of pies did too.

They still do not have the protein puffs at our Aldi. I am team work on Friday as well, I am making it a 1/2 day and getting my Mammogram at 1. I do my mammogram every year on black Friday. I do not go shopping so I figure a good day to knock it off my list.
HW 299 SW 290 CW 139 GW 140 2/08/2019 OPERATION: Surgical Hernia with excision of total surface area of 55 x 29 cm of abdominal skin.
Mammogram on Black Friday seems . . . Different. Maybe add in a colonoscopy on Groundhog Day?
