You're so kind! Yup, I usually get in just over 6 miles on the treadmill average of about 6 days a week. Some days my ankle is still angry but now I think it's scar tissue related.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

I need to get on that Detox train as well. I did go to the gym Saturday, and I am still feeling it. I did overeat all weekend so kind of a moot point. I know I have some Premier Protein in the closet maybe I'll start with 2 shakes and a sensible dinner and hopefully by Thursday I won't feel guilty for eating. But I did pack healthy choices for today.

QOTD: I have one gift bought and I have a fun game that needs 24 prizes to play, and I have that taken care of as well. I think I'll get my SIL a gift card for Southwest so that will be easy, but always at a loss when it comes to my 85-year-old mother. Any suggestions?

Accountability: Well, it took the form of a graham cracker with chocolate frosting and peanut butter. YIKES

TSS: 5 years 11-months 8-days 163 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF coffee mate chocolate caramel creamer

MS: L&F Creme Brulee Greek Yogurt, apple,

CB: Coffee with SF coffee mate chocolate caramel creamer

L: crock pot pizza and snack select

D: pork and sauerkraut

Exercise: Dog walking.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great week my friends.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy
