What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
I've never had duck. I have been watching a lot of Guy Fieri Grocery Games. The contestants use duck a lot to "elevate" their dishes. I need to give duck a try.

Good Friday morning QJB and menuers,
TGIF! I get to pick up my car after a virtual appointment this morning. It was just the smaller battery. The car is almost 12, so that's great longevity. I learned there's kind or Uber out here. If I can Uber to the closest walmart, the dealership will come pick me up. Woo!
Today is all things administrative once I get back home, then packing the car to head off for family time. I'll probably kick off tonight to avoid traffic. Will spend the week working remotely from their house. It will be good to see them.
QOTD- Early evening for me but as other say, depends on the choices I've made.
Menu is two servings of chicken and bean stuff, eggs, yogurt, an apple with peanut butter, probably more chicken to get it gone.
