Wow, the sling side looks like an 80s ladies business suit. Why did we think shoulder pads were a good idea? Glad to see you posting and do not be superwoman! Take care of yourself, rest and I hope the pain gets under control soon.

No shoulder pads in my laundry, thankfully, but I'd argue those stupid sports bra inserts are just as bad. I put on one for martial arts the other morning before realizing I had to fish the insert out of the top. Who thinks up these things?

Not a good idea now, but at the time??! If my tops didn't have them, I added them. Stuck them under the bra strap or safety pinned in, usually sacrificed from another top. Different sized and shaped ones, oh I could go on, hahaha

Well, you look great, and I hope the pain subside quickly. My arm sling was much more intricate than that. Mine had a big foam between the sling and the stomach and it wrapped around my waste so I could not hold it straight down. Did they find and bursitis or arthritis in there when they looked in?
