A raccoon. Poor little guy. I guess it is that time of year. I saw 5 dead deer on the highway on my way here today.

I can believe it, the number that we saw on the trip to Ann Arbor would have been over 100.

I assume it did damage to the raccoon.

Good morning ~ Take care of that knee! You guys need all the working knees all you can get. I had a very low key weekend with so many naps that I'm shocked I was able to sleep last night. But I slept like a log in bed by 7pm and through 3:30am. I don't know why I am sleeping so much the past few weeks and my son sounded concerned - I not usually a napper. Is that a thing - sleeping too much? Work today will be busy, my trainee is back from a WFH stint and my boss is on vacation. I love my new office and location! It really made a difference in my staff and co-workers coming to me with questions, concerns and fun stuff too - what were they doing before? Also, I am able to intervene on 'guess the answer talk'... Location, location, location! I am a problem solver at work - a fixer and I love this.

QOTD - No, not really. I love to complain too much to be positive all the time, and the new age lays it on too thick IMO. But, I don't like to see people I care about beat themselves up, so that is when my Suzie sunshine comes out.

Accountability - Added Wilde BBQ chicken chips - pretty tasty. More Almond kringle - in the trash now with dish soap poured all over it... 202 today, deserved.

B - coffee x 2, cottage cheese

l - chicken w/salad

d - corned beef hash from leftovers w/fried egg

s - beef jerky, cucumbers w/tajin

Have a great day!

I would be worried if the naps plus regular sleep continue but if it's just an occasional thing, you are probably just tired or fighting something off.

Usually, I'm not able to nap in the living room. I'm too aware of the TV, Rob and the dogs and I hear everything so I can't relax enough to let go, but now I am totally crashing. I feel okay otherwise, so who knows. I'm happy to be at work today.

I'm the opposite. Dead quiet and I have a hard time sleeping. I need familiar noise, and I can sleep through anything.
