Sorry to hear about your MIL. Hopefully her being in the hospital means she's getting good care. You might be a super taster! Radishes to me are about the most bitter thing. I did forget to mention kale. It's right up there with watercress sometimes!

Good morning Mel and weekend menuers,

It's never the goal to go back on meds but I'm glad you're being taken care of. Hopefully you can get to a point where you can come back off the insulin.

QOTD- Hmm. Favorites are most seafood and veggies. Least favorite include radishes of all types, ripe bananas, dragonfruit, domestic strawberries, and guava. I'll take veggies over fruits but one small, perfectly ripe fruit can make my day!

I'm just getting up and around, so need to go buy young dog food. I'll be out of town for a couple of days next week for work and can't have a hungry pup. It's also on my list to clean up the car this weekend. Temps are in the 70s again but I did pull out one of the heaters due to running cold.

Menu today includes an oikos pro yogurt, lunch meat with havarti dill x2, a sliced pear with cheese, cottage cheese, and maybe a small salad with chopped chicken.

Have a wonderful rest of the day!
