Qotd - workout, loud music, talk to my sister or best friend, distract myself. I am lucky, my baseline is pretty positive so it's pretty easy to boost my mood most days.
17k steps yesterday and I only had lunch so considering it a good day. Lunch was the inside of a fried chicken blt which was every bit as good as it sounds, lol but still.
today we start the day with a Cemetary tour and end with a history+ghost+crime tour. In between, lots of walking, lots of ****tails and I'm sure a few snacks.
