What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

You've been on one heck of a journey these past several months. I hope your doctor can do something today. Diet changes can be so hard to pin down...unless you're big into tofu, tempeh, and seitan on top of grains, it's probably good to keep the protein.
Sorry to hear about Etsy. I'd read a few things but didn't realize it was so bad. Geez.

Thanks! What bothers me the most about Etsy is you can resell things that are not homemade or supplies for homemade. It's basically eBay now

Good morning QJB and menuers,
Happy Friday! Yep, that's a cute outfit. Congrats on dominating the lawn and have fun with cookie delivery.
QOTD- Music. A good song shifts my mood quickly. Animal cuddles are always welcome.
Today is full of meetings. I generally block my calendar for no meeting Fridays but alas, today was an epic fail on that front. I should go to the office today am debating, especially since I've been working from home with a fever for part of the week.
Menu today is a pear with fancy cheese, rolled lunch meat times two, a protein yogurt, and some cottage cheese.
I was looking back through old trip photos and found this one. Who knew there were so many ways to say "ketchup "?
Cheers.

That pic is great. Fancy cheese and pears sounds like a dream menu.

It's a good way to have a nice, dressed up snack. I have two royal riviera pears and a couple of pieces of cheese from the under $4 bucket at whole foods. Love being able to get a small piece that can be finished. Snacks through the weekend, though!

Music is one of my mood shifters as well, I can go from zero to 100 in the matter of a guitar chord!

Heck yeah! I love how it can cover the entire emotional spectrum, whether you need calm, energy, or for your heart to start beating out of your chest!

There was a rebellion at Fenway Park this year over the ketchup. They have a new condiment vendor who got rid of the Heinz ketchup. They called it "poison" that was mostly sugar. They replaced it with a low sugar version that is mostly squash -- no tomato. They even call it "veggie-based" ketchup, though I'm not sure what sort of meat the old stuff was made of. Tomato meat? Turns out, people loved the old stuff, and hated the new.

You know, I respect the sentiment of trying to be healthier. I even buy no sugar added (tomato) ketchup when a craving strikes...but that's just too far. Heinz has been vetted by millions for generations. Tall order to think it can just be swapped out for squash paste and no one will bat an eye. Guess they got another new condiment team at Fenway.
