Coconut ice-cream is my favorite, but very rarely can you find it in these parts unless you have a place that makes it for you.

You need to move to CT. We have all sorts of wild flavored stuff. There is a farm about 30mins from me who makes cucumber ice cream in the Summer. Such a unique flavor, but so refreshing on a hot day.

We have a pickle festival every year and they make dill pickle ice cream. Nope never tried it but they sell a lot of it.

I have a friend that loves dill pickles. I found her a dill pickle whiskey and she loved it!! I tried a sample and about gagged.
