Hi, I had a bi-pass in 2018 I think I can't recall menopause brain. I am having an issue with eating. Since the pandemic, I've lost 40 lbs and all I desire is spinach because as you know it's easier to digest. I feel it's mental but prior to the pandemic I started to put back on weight I got up to 265 lbs. Now I am under 225 lbs I want to get down to 190 lbs but I hate the extra skin I have all over my body so I've been scared to lose more weight. However, in my mind, I still feel like I am my old weight 365 lbs my heaviest. How can I get through this to be one healthy 2. Feel safe in my body?

We all have issues with eating. It's why we're here! Stick around and interact. Most of the traffic is in the daily menu thread. It can be very helpful.

Never once in my life have I desired spinach. Life is too short. Blech.
