Good morning! JB, thanks for the sleep idol. I really needed it. My foot is definitely getting better, but ugly as hell and very sore. I'm convinced now it's just a sprain, but keeping my appointment with the specialist just to be safe.

I was pretty successful with choices all weekend. I was CRAVING a cheeseburger and fries yesterday, so we went to my favorite place. I ate 1/2 of the inside of mine and just 4 fries. I had a very low cal breakfast and a snack for dinner so I think it all evened out at the end of the day.

Today is mostly staying around the house. I desperately need more Tylenol and may drag myself to the store and lurch my way through it. Roger tried to get me there yesterday, but I was exhausted and was having none of it. My oldest grand is 12 today. I wasn't going to go to her trampoline park party, but in the end pulled it together enough to spend an hour watching them and Roger got to enjoy the homemade peanut butter fudge filled chocolate cake. My daughter is a danger in the world of baking.

QoTD: Oh yes, since September. Over 700 units of candy are stacked in the cabinet for tomorrow night. We will probably give all of it away. We are in a Santa Ana and expecting temps in the mid 80's. If any remains, it will go with my daughter to be put out at the office. Menu today

B: leftover chicken and white beans with feta

L: cod with soy

D: philly cheese steak sausage with grilled peppers and onions

Yesterday was my 4 year surgiversary. I originally set a goal weight of 145. After reading comments from you all I revised that to 125. My doctor laughed at me, said "ok, but I don't think you'll make it" and off we went. My low weight was 103 for a hot week. I've steadily added weight each year. But also added muscle. Today, I weigh 120 pounds and my goal is set at 118. I needed to add back some of the weight and I'm happy to have a few curves. But I have nightmares of gaining it all back. I've gone from a size 18+, stuffing myself in, to a size 2-4. I can't believe I am still so freaking fixated on food after four years. I hoped that my anxiety would lessen if I wasn't so heavy. I will admit that a ridiculous amount of time and energy is spent focusing on having good choices and making good choices. But I am SO much more comfortable in my body now then ever before. I feel like my outside finally matches what my insides feel like. And I absolutely love being able to walk and move my body. Here's a photo of me 1 month before surgery, and yesterday. Yes, Please!

Peace Everybody!

You are such a success! Beautiful then and now, but stronger and happier - YAY!!!

I thought the injury was a possible worse tear in your already bad knee? I didn't realize it was your ankle - hope it's just a sprain.

You look so pretty. Pick up some BioFreeze when you go for the Tylenol. It is ice in a tube. They have an 8 hour Tylenol that works really well for me.
