I normally don't work so late since my new company is now EAST COAST - Hallelujah! I am normally done by 6 at the latest, and start at 8:30 or 9. Today is off because I have a (personal) call with Australia from 5:30-6:30 and then a quick sync with my boss who is in Utah at 6:30. But I just "proposed a new time" so hopefully I can head out at 6:15 or so. I also hate to be out running errands late but going to Costco will set us up with stuff for the weekend!

Wow, your Costco is open at 7pm? The hours for ours is 10am - 6pm which I find so infuriating.

I changed to T-Mobile years ago and even though they rent their network from Verizon it is way better and a lot cheaper. I also get international txting so I can txt anywhere.

Good morning ~ Glad to hear Grim is up and about already, that is amazing! Yesterday was a rough work day - oh the unnecessary drama... Today is all mine though. I am moving into my new office and the previous occupant has not removed all of his things yet (going on 2 weeks, one excuse after another) and it's killing me. Just f*ing do it already! Well dude, today it's everything you own in a box to the left. I'm moving in today because I just found out someone else needs in my office and I'm not an a**hole. That felt good to say, thank you for listening.

QOTD - My cell battery lasts all day + unless I'm on it constantly, which is rare. I charge every night and so far so good.

Accountability - great

B- coffee x 4, SD toast w/cream cheese and tomato

l - 1/2 order of chicken larb

d- baked chicken thigh

s - cucumbers w/greek yogurt

203 today!! what's happening??!!

Approx. calories 900/70g protein

water and vitamins check and I may squeeze in a work walk break
