Good morning ~ I love Billy Idol. My sister can mimic him with the famous lip perfectly, it's hilarious! I hope Grim has a smooth time today and a speedy recovery! Yesterday was a god day, no naps, but a concerted effort to stay awake until bedtime. No meds today, I'm going to just see how I feel. So far, so good other than I woke up with a tweaked back. How does that happen while sleeping? Stretching helps so I will keep doing that. Today I need super strength to get through all the things on my calendar but I got this!

QOTD - I love a hat, but hats do not love me. They don't fit or stay on - ever. I have a big head and so much hair they pop off or slide off - I'd need a chin strap. I do wear a visor for golf, but that is anchored with it's elastic band and my pony tail.

Busy day here - I have two zoom workouts (one now, one after work) and a packed day of meetings. All good!

Im watching Ginny and Georgia with our youngest and it's strangely addictive and also disturbing.

Good Morning! Swinging chickens for Grim. I'm glad you had such a great trip. Today is my work Fri-yay and I have a few meetings and workbooks to work on so the day will fly by then it'll be a fun weekend. Oh and then we have another concert we are going to hear locally on the 2nd, we are seeing the Jonas brothers. I think that's the last concert of the year for us.

QOTD: My hair is too short for one now and I didn't like them when I was too heavy but there was a brief time where before I cut my hair that I liked them with long braids on each side. If I run outside (which hasn't been for about 2-ish years now) I wear one if it's sunny).

Good morning all and Happy Humpty Hump Day,

Well, I want a mulligan for yesterday. I was frustrated with health professionals throughout day and let it get to me. I'll just brush myself off and try again today.

I'll have my chance for a redo with a busy day ahead from start to finish. I do get a reward for my jam packed day. My best lifelong friend, Aaron, is coming into town tonight and we're spending a few hours together. Now, it's my time to be here for him. He has an unbelievable amount of craziness in his life right now. He is one of 3 lifelong male friends that I enchange 'love yous' with every time we speak. I'm one lucky sob to have met him when I was 10.

QOTD- I am a hat person. I have 20+ ballcaps. I have kept my hats in pristine condition since before all these sneakerheads were born.

D: Some proper meal. Aaron & I have been fans of excess since we were both in short pants. We used to drown in excess all the time when we were together. Now, we fancy it up and go to Ponderosa. Jk.
