Love that eclipse picture! You were much closer to a total than here. Your finger-gnawing zombie child makes me think of the Pride and Prejudice and Zombies movie, somehow. Hmm.

Good morning and Happy Friday! How was that movie? I definitely want to see it no matter how long it is but Rob has a 2 hour limit of patience for movies. So I'll go with someone else or watch it at home later. Football? he's 24/7. Yesterday was a good productive day and I slept hard until the alarm which is rare. Only a slight sinus headache today. Work is a short day and afterwards, I'm going swimming for the first time in years?! I have my all stuff packed to go. It'll be in the mid 70's and sunny. I used to be able to swim for 60 minutes without stopping and I'll bet I can't make it a lap today, but I will keep trying with as many stops as it takes. I love the water and it's been too long. I am over caring what I look like in a swimsuit.
QOTD - I did after surgery and then went years without needing them. I think I've had probably 3 or 4 times that I did OTC omep for a few weeks to get it under control.
Accountability - I had a small pouch for lunch yesterday which is really rare for me! I ate less that half and prayed small pouch would stick around, but nope. I ate all my dinner.

Good morning all and Happy Friday,
Sorry for the no post. The day got away from me.
I'm doing decently at remaining positive. I wasn't able to have home PT for 72 hours after discharge. I'm waiting on a pain prescription to be filled but have given up realistic hope on that. It's frustrating to know that you've done everything you can do and simply accept the situation.
On the rehab part, I'm working it, gurl. Even without the PT, I looked up recovery exercises on the interwebs. I hope to go back to my place this weekend but that may be too ambitious.
QOTD- I take a PPI everyday. I have tried without and I can't get to sleep laying down.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt. Coffee
L: protein from Iraqi restaurant in the form of a business man lunch. I wonder what business looks like for Palestinian, Israeli, and broader Middle East restaurants.
D: ??? Maybe order delivery.
