Good morning and happy Tuesday! QJB, sounds like you made a good choice to set future QJB up for success!
QOTD - I don't have a team so it never impacts me one way or another.
Busy meeting day then I'm getting my covid booster and my aunt is tagging along to get her flu shot, we'll probably have dinner out and then I have bookclub at 8pm. Yay....tuesday!
My Fitbit gave me a rest day but I did a quick rowing + full body weight workout, not a lot of time on the rower or distance but it was a good sweaty session.
menu today is
coffee plus half and half X 2
pumpkin yogurt
left over pizza
tbd on dinner
have a terrific day!

Some group just ranked US cities by how good they'd be for surviving the Zombie Apocalypse. San Francisco was worst, followed by Boston. Too many people, not enough farmland, and too few guns and hunting stores.

That is funny. There is a lot of farmland here and a lot of guns and whenever there is some kind of disaster there is a long line at the gun store. Need to load up on ammo and a few extra weapons. There were long lines at gun store when COVID first started shutting things down.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Covid was a bonanza for gun sales. Trump getting elected was a bonanza. So was Biden.
Apparently, pretty much everything is a good excuse to buy guns and ammo.

Good morning ~ I love Freddy and I totally feel that meme. It feels good to kick ass and get things done, WTG QJB!
I'm organized at work now, but the to-do list long. My boss said that the re-org proposal has been approved by the Chief and Admin, now we just need BOS approval. I?ll believe it when the recruitment goes out. I am still considering WFH and road living options. Rob?s hospital stay added just as many pros as cons to the list of should we stay or go. We are in no hurry to make this huge decision. It feels very ?next chapter? and not a temporary thing. We may stay on the road forever! Probably not but we would more than likely relocate. I have to see what is out there. Deep thoughts....
QOTD - The Pats do suck this year! I'm not losing sleep at all. I do prefer my team to win - riding high with the TB Pats was so awesome!! The game is just more fun to watch when you're winning. Honestly, I would feel bad for my co-workers when their team lost to mine. One of my favorite staff is a die hard Chiefs fan and I'm so happy for her and their success.
Workout ? yoga ? done. I wanted to get on the treadmill this morning, but that has been a hard sell at 4 am. I?m just glad I?m doing anything consistently right now. Though dog walks and sleepy am yoga are not enough, it's not nothing.
Accountability ? great. No alcohol, 100% on food plan, water and vitamin goals. My head is in a good place and there is no roller coaster right now.
b - Coffee x2, cottage cheese
l - other half of chipotle bowl from yesterday
d - Shepards pie
s - cucumbers, carrots w/Greek ranch dip
Have a great day!
