Good Morning! Glad you guys had a good time at the Ren Fair, it's probably been 20 years since I've been to one too so I'm sure it's very different. I'm also happy your knee is doing better- maybe some nice Fall walks are on the horizon. Last night we were able to get Em all set up with a new phone, it didn't end up being too much of an issue since we were one month out from an upgrade on her phone so really no extra money. She heads to Idaho tomorrow, her first time flying solo (and only second time ever) so I'm a bit anxious.
QOTD: If someone else is planning a theme I'll play along but not typically something I'll do just on my own. So about the same as you.

G'morning all!
I love the combo of Renaissance and middle earth. I admit I haven't been to a Ren Fest in forever but the effort that people put in their costumes amazes me and it's a joy to watch.
Loving the cooler weather in the 60s again, I just need a couple of days in upper 80s to be thankful again for our coastal fog and lower temps. Today at lunch I gotta take my car to the body shop, recommended by AAA, to see the damage done last week in WholeFoods parking lot. After that need to schedule it to be repaired, which will most probably be during the time I'm gone. Win-win because AAA doesn't have to pay for a car rental for me.
QOD - I'm like you JB, I'll be up for the task if it's a party or company event, but not on my own. Even when we had Halloween parties at home, mostly for the kids, I never enforced the costumes for the parents. But usually people would show up as a minimum with a witch's hat, cat ears, etc. My go to was a gypsy (no longer PC to call them that) simply because of a long skirt and my wild hair.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Egg bites
- Iced coffee w/PP, pumpkin L&F yogurt
- TJ kebabs w/fage yogurt as dip
- E: 5 miles wog + HIIT
Happy TACO Tue!

I'm thinking a Gypsy outfit is really not a costume for you. That's exactly what I see when the term comes up.

Good morning, everybody!
Well, Matt warned me, but I wasn't ready for the change in weather when I got home last night. It was 36 when Marilyn was driving me to the train this morning. The 10 day forecast doesn't show anything above 60, so we may have seen our last 80 degree day for awhile.
When I got to work, I had a gift catalog for my 25th anniversary in my email. I think that I will get a watch. The strap on my dive watch broke and it will take some time to get it replaced.
I had visions of going to CrossFit last night, but between the weather and the flight being late, I passed on it. I will need to make extra effort to go today.
QOTD: I am a fan of decorative headgear more than full outfits though.
Breakfast: Frittata
Lunch: chicken
Dinner: Beef Stew
Have a great day, all!
