Good morning everybody!
I have a long day today. Doctors appointment this morning, in the office after that and dinner with leadership tonight. We are going to the Palm, which would be fun if it wasn?t with leadership.
What I am looking forward to is my sons Parents Weekend. We fly down to Birmingham on Friday morning.
Walker 151 is the bear for me. I?m going to vote for him right after I post this. He?s pretty stout and has gained an admirable amount since July. Kind of reminds me of Freshman Year.
QOTD : I definitely have to follow the directions
breakfast: English Muffin
Lunch: catered
Dinner: Steak
Have a great day, all!

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Glad you and Grimm got wood yesterday. That is great. I was so busy at work (That is a good thing) I never had a chance to jump on. I want to say good luck to Grimm on the Knees. You know it will be life changing. Maybe even a little running action in your future. Shelia Cabot cheese is lovely, and they have fat free options that are not terrible. Jim, you can stop typing River Quiver on the tread now. My dirty little mind can't handle it. Mike Congratulations on the success of the MJ. Also, for Shelia I have a full suitcase of stuff I plan on taking to Costa Rica as gift for my friend and her employees. Do you think it will be a problem taking chef knifes in my suitcase? And CH I sent you a PM with my phone # so if you get close to Pittsburgh you can txt me.
I am organizing for my trip but have not brought out the suitcase yet. I really do not need to bring much since there is a laundry. That leaves room for me to take gifts. Her care givers for her mother will make us Breakfast and dinner so I am thinking some Bath and body work stuff and candy from Aldi. We shall see.
QOTD: What do you mean my head is consumed with thoughts of food all day every day. I can whip up a pumpkin cheesecake and never look at a recipe. I know most of my recipes off by heart. Oh, my cheesy chicken bake. Fried icecream in casserole form. I can go on and on.
Accountability: Still not on the exercise wagon but doing great with food.

Chrissy, if you know the people you are taking gifts for that's very kind of you. When we were there I noticed they rather have American $ than anything else. Especially the caretakers.
Have a fun fun trip. I am so jealous. Next time you go I volunteer as tribute, to be part of the 5 friends. I can even be the designated driver at all times.

QOTD- I usually follow the recipe especially for baking. There are some things I make without a recipe like marinara sauce and a few other things.
No more interruptions during the day. They disconnected Glenn's IV and so no more paramedics, NP or other visitors. I enjoying the quiet.
I went to the neighborhood lunch yesterday so got caught up with the neighbors. And had really good fish tacos, one for lunch and the other I took home for dinner.
I need to get back to work.
Have a great day everyone!

G'morning all!
QJB - what a fun day you guys had. Is it weird I have never been to the movies in the middle of the week? I wonder how many people go to the movies mid week.
Planking: I was able to do it for two minutes but I slacked off and now I can do it for about one minute. My shoulders hurt more than anything else. I'm thinking after the shoulder surgery maybe I can get back to it.
QOD - I am not a "measure with your heart" kind of person so I need to have the recipe and the exact measurements. I can't stand "a pinch here or there"! The ONLY thing I can make without looking at a recipe is my spaghetti sauce (ragù- sauce with meat), simply because I have seen it made all my life. The rest, no matter how many times I make, I need to look at the recipe. I have a great app on my phone with all my recipes, if I ever lose that app or the app crashes I'm doomed. I just looked at it out of curiosity, it's divided into categories, I have 106 dessert recipes vs 79 main dishes recipes. That shows you where my heart is.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Scrambled eggs w/shredded cheese
- Iced coffee w/PP, light and fit pumpkin flavor
- Fried rice (cauliflower rice + eggs)
- E: 6.2 miles wog + Hiit
Happy hump day!
