It's been great! I love the freedom of just going anywhere. Sugarbush is a stand of maple trees used for sap/maple syrup production. Lots of sugar shacks and sugarbush around here! Maple everything.

Good mornin everyone.
Not a lot going on today and I really hope it stays that way. I had a really rough night full of severe leg pain and cramps. Not sure what is up with the cramp thing but man...it had me in tears at multiple times during the night". I take my supplements and everything. A day at home is much needed. I'm so exhausted and groggy feeling. I'm also having extremely bad nightmares.
QOTD: not overly. I'm not against it nor for it. I've never been stung by one or a yellow jacket.
B: hard boiled eggs, light ranch dressing and raspberries + coffee
L: probably a salad
D: not sure at all on this.

When I get cramps it's always about not drinking enough. Try hydrating more, maybe?

You could try some electrolytes too. My Gp said to add some electrolytes every few days since with 100 oz of water a day can flush out important things!

I hold on to my electrolytes by never drinking anything - brilliant, right?

Every once in a while I sneak an IV into her at night, while she's sleeping. The cats drink more fluids than her.
