Cabot cheese is pretty good, it is essentially employee owned, Farmer Cooperative ( Vermont)!

I do love some Cabot cheese, especially the super sharp ones. Right up there with Tillamook. But yep, everything Mike said, too.

Are bee stings like peanut butter? I mean, if more parents had their kids eat peanut butter and get stung by bees, would adults be less allergic?

I knew this group of people years ago that used to get together and have bees sting them because they believed it gave them a lot of health benefits. You are probably right about the peanut butter in many cases.

Hmm. That would be one way to find out. I was stung plenty as a kid, though. Seems most of my immediate family have developed the anaphylaxis type of reaction requiring epi pens these days though. I'm not exactly keen to experiment...but hey, then I'd know!

Thanks! And agreed. I tend to be pretty rootless on personal roadtrips, so it can be hard to pin down. Always happy to try though! I might manage Chicago again for work next year, never know!

I am sorry we were not able to meet yesterday, I should have a great coffee shop in RP! We enjoy Vermont as well! The everything bagel cabot cheese looks amazing.

No worries, it's not like there was much notice for you until I practically showed up in town for some michigans! I did end up skirting north and coming down across the island for more beautiful scenery. It's been a great day in Vermont. Maybe next time!
